UTILITEE – Utility Business Model Transformation through human-centric behavioural interventions and ICT tools for Energy Efficiency.
El objetivo de UtilitEE es proporcionar innovadoras herramientas TIC a las “eléctricas” para que, más allá del mero suministro de energía, puedan generar nuevas ofertas comerciales a sus clientes (tanto domésticos como industriales) en base a paquetes de servicios energéticos orientados al ahorro y eficiencia energética. Para ello, en el proyecto se desarrollan algoritmos avanzados y una plataforma software que permiten inducir un cambio en el comportamiento energético de los consumidores, y con ello el ahorro energético, en base a recomendaciones de mejora según su perfil y su contexto, empleando información realmente entendible acerca de su consumo energético desagregado por actividad y aparato.
Este proyecto cuenta con un presupuesto de 2,79M€ (financiado en parte por la UE bajo el programa H2020). Su duración será de 36 meses y está formado por un consorcio con 11 socios de 8 países, de los cuales en cinco de ellos se realizará el despliegue para las validaciones en pilotos.

ABSTRACT:
UtilitEE provides a consumer-oriented universal behavioural change framework that focuses on the discovery, quantification and revelation of energy-hungry behaviours/activities and conveys meaningful energy-use feedback to users to motivate and engage them into a continuous process of learning and improvement. It is an innovative human-centric behaviour change framework based on scientific state of the art, along with standardised operational rating and certification methods, facilitated by an open and trustworthy ICT ecosystem integrated into the building through low-cost, off-the-shelf sensors.
This project has a budget of 2,79M€ (co-funded by the EU under the H2020 programme). It has a duration of 36 months and the consortium working on it is formed by 11 partners from 8 countries of which 5 will be in charge of the pilot roll-outs in France, Germany, Greece, Spain and Poland.
