SUPPLY, IMPLEMENTATION, ASSISTED OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE SIMOP
Installation of the Comprehensive Monitoring, Operation and Planning System (SIMOP) for the 3,000 buses of the Metropolitan Region of Recife and the 5 years maintenance of this system.
The project will oversee the 3,000 buses in the capital along with 150 Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) buses. The user can consult the schedules through information panels at stops and in the applications of the mobile phones. Satellite tracking devices allow the identification of buses and determine their geographical location in time intervals automatically with redundancy and accuracy of the location in accordance with the service you have to meet. During the day 26,000 trips will be monitored by SIMOP, allowing about 2 million passengers to predict their schedules.
