IT SUPPORT TO HOSPITALS OF CARTAGENA AND LOS ARCOS
It is the setting up, operation and support of the entire infrastructure (IT) of the last two hospitals built in the autonomous community of the Region of Murcia, with more than 950 hospital beds and more than 3,000 jobs, permanent and nomadic.
It includes server equipment, storage, communications, job places, maintenance and monitoring 24-7, with 3 levels of support.
Includes Service Level Agreements with 99.99% availability and with maximum resolution in 4 hours.
The facilities have the following characteristics:
- High Availability: Redundant infrastructure with double CPD in each hospital, load balancing and active/active replication, with disaster recovery.
- Virtual Environment: Virtualization of complete CPD, job places virtualization, optimization of resources and energy saving.
- Unified Management of ICT Infrastructure simplifies management, diagnostics and wiring, with integrated HP and VMware platform.
